We have an opportunity for an energetic, ambitious, and outgoing recruiter to join our journey as we go global. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will give you responsibility for recruiting within the UK and internationally as Support Revolution grows across Europe, the Middle East, India, and the USA

About the role:

Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer, this role’s focus is to support our exciting growth plans by owning and managing the end-to-end hiring process for various departments. As we are growing internationally, you will also have the chance to recruit for global positions, making this role ideal for someone who is keen to expand their skills and remit.

You will receive full training on our systems, processes, and products to ensure you are best equipped to grow our teams.

This is a flexible role in terms of location and can be fully remote, based part-time, or full-time in our offices in Thatcham, Berkshire.

Responsibilities:

Projects and daily work will include, but not be limited to:

  • End-to-end recruiting for multiple roles in the UK, India, Dubai, and the USA
  • Partnering with multiple stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular hiring updates
  • Sourcing candidates using typical and more creative methods such as LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and more
  • Candidate screening to ensure shortlists and pipelines of the highest quality
  • Arranging interviews, conducting telephone interviews, and participating in face-to-face interviews
  • Owning all recruitment administration and becoming a superuser of our ATS
  • Driving efficient candidate feedback and offer management
  • Supporting the Chief Operating Officer with all hiring activity and strategy
  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis on hiring activity when required

What we’re looking for:

Experience of end-to-end recruitment is essential, as is the ability to turn your hand to multiple roles across IT, Marketing, Sales, and more. While international recruitment exposure is a plus, we are primarily looking for the following traits and experience, and we will provide full training:

  • Previous recruitment experience within an agency/RPO or internal environment; any experience recruiting for international roles is a bonus but not a necessity
  • Experience of owning end-to-end hiring activity for multiple hires
  • Creative resourcing methods and the ability to source both active and passive talent
  • Experience in screening and interviewing candidates against specific roles
