About this role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented International Trade Assistant (eCommerce) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our eCommerce platform to drive sales and enhance the user experience within the Middle Eastern Region.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage general trading activities, including pricing uploads, product uploads, and descriptions
  • Conduct quality assurance testing on the website, collaborate with the development team, and report any issues
  • Perform site walks and administration tasks to ensure optimal website performance
  • Execute visual merchandising strategies as directed by the eCommerce & Trading Manager
  • Generate weekly reports on key metrics using UX tools such as ContentSquare, AB Tasty, Heat mapping, and Screen Recordings
  • Identify and address UX/UI issues in collaboration with the CX and eCommerce Lead
  • Execute promotional campaigns alongside the eCommerce & Trading Manager
  • Manage the product launch calendar and ensure all stakeholders complete tasks in time for product launches
  • Conduct gap analysis of website/trade/trends & content to provide insights to the team

Requirements:

  • Must be able to speak and read Arabic fluently
  • Knowledge of Shopify/Shopify Plus is advantageous
  • Familiarity with fashion buying, merchandising, or the industry is a plus
  • Experience with visual merchandising tools is desirable
  • Knowledge of user experience tools (such as HotJar, FullStory, or AB Testing Tools) is beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
