The Threads Junior Account lead will be facilitating the sale of luxury items to a global clientele by being the first port of call for affiliate client requests. You’re an effective communicator and exceptional networker with a talent for enticing new clients to the Threads Connect model through passionate and informed conversations. You will build, maintain and develop strong relationships with your affiliate clients in order to provide the most personal luxury shopping experience possible and support growth of their external business through internal business partnerships.

Requirements

● 6+ years of experience in Personal Shopping, styling or account management. ● Multi Brand or Freelance Personal Shopping Experience. ● Knowledge in account management at a B2B level. ● Strong Operational acumen. ● Established and loyal long standing client list and transferable relationships ● An autonomous self-starter who’s always thinking of new ways to tackle challenges and thrives on pressure ● Social media savvy and confident with learning to use new platforms ● Motivated by personal sales targets and thrives on exceeding them ● Extensive product and brand awareness in the luxury goods market ● Strong desire to motivate, lead by example and be able to collaborate well with others ● Desire to motivate and lead by example ● Ability to successful collaborate with others ● Proactive, Self-motivated and self-starter approach ● Creative solution driver. ● Calm, resilient, and agile thinker ● Team player ● Hard working ● Excellent attention to detail ● Agile approach to working
