Take over a key role as a Junior Program Manager inthe Customer Experience department, and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.

What we expect from you:

  • Collaborate with department leadership to coordinate and execute customer experience programs
  • Ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational objectives
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Work closely with teams across various departments, including marketing, business development, product, customer & operations, to drive customer-centric initiatives
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to drive customer-centric initiatives
  • Maintain program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Communicate program progress, issues, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with goals
  • Identify potential risks to program success and work with the team to develop and implement mitigation strategies
  • Actively seek opportunities to optimize and enhance program processes and procedures

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in project or program management or a similar role would be a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Ability to think outside the box and take initiative in a dynamic work environment
  • Customer-centric attitude and a passion for improving the customer experience
