Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients (ARC’s, System Integrators and General Contractors).
      • Understand clients' business goals and needs to effectively position our products/services.
      • Act as the main point of contact and advocate for clients within the organization.
      • Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize client value and satisfaction.
      • Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve account objectives.
      • Analyze account performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
      • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a unified approach and seamless service delivery.
      • Lead negotiations on contract renewals, extensions, and upselling opportunities.
      • Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions and manage contract modifications.
      • Proactively address client concerns, issues, or escalations, and find solutions to ensure client satisfaction and maintain a positive relationship.
      • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes related to the assigned key accounts.
      • Utilize market insights to enhance account strategies and adapt to changing client needs.

Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Key Account Director, Key Account Manager, or in a similar senior client-facing role.
      • Strong network in the security industry on the European market.
      • Strong understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and client needs.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
      • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
      • Experience working in a cross-functional matrix team environment.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
      • Willingness to travel.
      • Results-oriented nature and ability to show initiative and responsibility for own results.
      • Highly motivated with the ability to make things happen.
      • Well presented, professional, reliable, and ethical.
