Description

Responsibilities

Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand user requirements and business goals
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs
Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across projects
Stay up-to-date with current design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously enhance design processes
Work closely with developers to implement and refine designs

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
4-5 years of Industry experience
Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
