🇫🇷 Learning Experience Designer - Internship - French fluent

This is a 6 months internship, as a Learning Experience Designer, carried out remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design engaging slides, takeaways, and other learning support materials that simplify complex concepts and enhance learner retention.
• Participate in the development of courses on our Learning Management System (LMS), from structuring modules to integrating interactive elements.
• Curate the video content that would be part of our e-learning experience.
• Contribute to the design of both live and online learning activities within our core coaching programs.

Requirements

• Experience in developing content for e-learning courses.
• Tech-savvy and proficient with new tools, such as LMS, video editing software, and graphic design programs.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Creative ideas for blended learning courses.
• Deep understanding of coaching content.
