Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire and develop world-class sales talent
  • Understand and solve customer pain points through Zscalers unique value proposition
  • Be the GM of your business and create a plan for success
  • Accurately forecast business monthly/quarterly/yearly
  • Coach and motivate sales team to overachieve on targets
  • Build development plans for each sales rep
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, Demand Generation, as well as other key functional roles
  • Leverage sales playbook, ecosystem, and data to build a predictable, sustainable, growth business
  • Act as executive sponsor for key partners to create joint plans, generate pipeline and drive opportunities to closure
  • Implement revenue and demand generation campaigns with the team and ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience leading successful sales teams
  • Proven track record in hitting stretch goals quarter on quarter
  • Experience working with partners, SIs and selling directly
  • Experience hiring 'A' players
  • Experience selling to multiple levels within an organisation
  • Experience selling to SMB and Commercial accounts in the Middle East

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling security, SaaS or software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, MBA or related area
