About the role

As Nas.io’s Marketing Growth Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for our platform. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual who can develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to expand our user base, enhance brand awareness, and optimize conversion funnels.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive new user acquisition. Utilize various channels, including social media, content marketing, partnerships, referral programs, affiliations and advertising to increase platform visibility.
  • Retention and Engagement: Implement tactics to retain existing users and enhance their engagement within the Nas.io platform.
  • Collaborate with the community and content teams, creating initiatives to enhance user engagement within communities on nas.io.
  • Monetization: Work towards increasing revenue streams by optimizing existing monetization strategies and exploring new methods for monetization, such as partnerships or premium features.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze the performance of growth initiatives using data and metrics. Adjust strategies based on the insights gained.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in growth marketing for B2B2C hyper growth startup companies (preferably SAAS companies).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Advanced Digital Marketing Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of SEO, email marketing, PPC, and analytical tools
  • Proven history of activities that gained widespread attention and went viral on the internet
  • Excellent teamwork skills while also being comfortable driving projects independently from conception to completion.
