Job Description

The Microsoft M365 Engineer, reporting to Director of Enterprise Identity & Access, will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of Microsoft Office 365 and related technologies. This role will work within a global team of engineers utilizing Agile work delivery practices.

The role requires extensive hands-on technical experience with Office 365 and its various applications including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Apps, and PowerBI. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PowerShell scripting and Microsoft certifications are highly desirable. This role can be mostly remote and may also involve occasional regional travel, no more than 10%.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Design, implement, and support Office 365 and related technologies.
  2. Manage and monitor Office 365 services and features.
  3. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts, flows and apps for automation and administration.
  4. Collaborate with teams to identify and drive improvements in the Office 365 environment.
  5. Provide technical guidance and support to end users.
  6. Stay current with Microsoft’s changes, transitions, and updates to Office 365.

Qualifications

The Micr365 Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Office 365 environment. This role requires a high level of technical expertise as well as excellent customer service and communication skills.
