Responsibilities

• Source and attract Nordic-speaking candidates for various positions in consumer services.
• Conduct interviews and assess applicants for job suitability and cultural fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to job offer.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in our recruitment database.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand their staffing requirements.
• Provide feedback and implement strategies to improve the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and job market conditions in the Nordic region.

Requirements

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and clients alike.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively as a freelancer.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse range of candidates from different backgrounds.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing demands.
