Norwegian Speaking Recruiter - Work Remote

As a Norwegian Speaking Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and connect talented candidates with exciting job opportunities in various industries across different countries. As a remote recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing Norwegian-speaking candidates, as well as building strong relationships with both candidates and employers.

Responsibilities

• Use various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking, to find qualified Norwegian-speaking candidates for open positions
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress and document all interactions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and employers to provide updates and guidance throughout the recruitment process
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights and advice to candidates and employers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of different industries and job functions
• Available for 4 months fully paid training in Greece
