Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Be part of a dynamic team environment and help new customers with their first steps on the platform.
  • Educating new customers about our product and functionalities during onboarding meetings and calls.
  • Assisting users in their setup and help with their implementation.
  • Getting new users to place their first booking by connecting with them via phone, email, or other channels.
  • Setting up repeatable sequences of onboarding activities.
  • Identifying upsell opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of tech products and digital savviness.
  • Determination to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Can-do attitude, entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Great organisational and project management skills.
  • Interest in caring about the customer first.
  • Native or equivalent in English (second language is a plus).
  • Outstanding communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the freight forwarding or aviation industry.
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced early-stage environment or tech industry.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software, ideally of Salesforce.
  • Fluency in Spanish language.
