In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers have a seamless online shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding their online orders through email and chat in a timely and friendly manner.
• Assist customers in placing new orders and tracking their existing shipments, providing detailed information throughout the process.
• Handle basic customer complaints and concerns, always aiming to deliver a positive resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions to contribute to service improvements.
• Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge and improve overall customer support.
• Familiarize yourself with our luxury products to offer knowledgeable assistance to customers.

Requirements

• No prior customer service experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
