What we expect from you:

  • Responsible for managing the flow of work and optimizing operational activities
  • Track and analyze various reports such as partner issues, operational failures, etc
  • Confirm the ability and availability of order execution
  • Inform and educate partners for new process implementation and follow-up to ensure proper execution
  • Coordinate commercial team and the other business units to receive constant updates throughout the execution process
  • Update the system with the relevant status changes and notify the client accordingly as per the company’s standard Service Level Agreement
  • Maintain good relations with key people inside and outside the company
  • Follow the company’s rules and regulations and ensure compliance with KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLA)

What we are looking for:

  • Based in UAE and know the UAE market
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • The drive and intellect for solving the daily problems of our customers and partners
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, contact center, early-age start-up operations, or business operations
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM, and ticketing software
  • Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong internal and external customer service orientation with deep and broad expertise in the front-to-back customer experience
