Partner Growth

Description We are looking for a Partner Growth team member to work with our enterprise-sized partners to help them get the most out of their partnership with cargo.one. This role involves growing relationships with airlines and large freight forwarders to drive success for both the partners and cargo.one. It's a unique opportunity in a fast-growing Series B company backed by leading Venture Capital firms including Index and Bessemer. The role requires working closely with partners across seniority levels, and with our Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Analytics teams to achieve exponential growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L of a portfolio of partners and manage their success on the platform.
• Lead new airline and freight forwarder integrations, including project management and onboarding.
• Define and execute a growth roadmap, including product development initiatives and market launches.
• Be a trusted digital advisor to our partners, guiding them through their digital transformation journey.
• Work with our Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing & Analytics teams to deliver the best partner experience.
• Travel the world to visit and build relationships with our partners from Canada to Singapore.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience (airline, logistics, or professional services experience is a plus).
• Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build strong, long-term, value-driven relationships with various stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to be creative, take initiative, and take risks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in German is a big plus.
