Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Own the P&L of a portfolio of partners and manage their success on the platform.
- Lead new airline and freight forwarder integrations, including project management, onboarding. Set strategies, goals and develop initiatives that drive growth.
- Define and execute a growth roadmap, including product development initiatives and market launches, and adoption initiatives that increase growth.
- Be a trusted digital advisor to our partners, guiding them through their digital transformation journey.
- Work with our Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing & Analytics teams to deliver the best partner experience.
- Travel the world to visit and build relationships with our partners from Canada to Singapore.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role (airline, logistics or professional services experience is a plus).
- Excellent project management, communication and presentation skills, and excellent analytical capabilities.
- Ability to build strong, long-term, value-driven relationships with various stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to be creative, roll up your sleeves, take initiative and take risks in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is a must, and additional languages are a very big plus!
