Responsibilities
- Design initial technical solutions based on vendor capabilities that are scalable and robust.
- Collaborate with tech teams to ensure every solution meets Alpheya’s high standards.
- Lead first-level technical assessments in vendor API sandboxes to guarantee fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Ensure all solutions meet Alpheya’s technical benchmarks.
- Align vendor offerings with Alpheya’s specific technical and business needs, ensuring compatibility and anticipating future scalability.
- Oversee seamless integrations, keeping Alpheya’s platform ready for future advancements.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence and competitive comparisons for vendors, maintaining detailed records for continuous evaluation.
- Identify potential challenges, analyze business needs, and forecast future-state requirements.
- Provide actionable insights on how vendor solutions can address current challenges while positioning Alpheya for the future.
- Build strong, strategic vendor partnerships, ensuring long-term alignment with Alpheya’s goals.
- Lead commercial negotiations with vendors and agencies, maximizing value while managing costs.
- Run RFPs to secure the best partners and present business cases backed by in-depth analysis to top leadership.
- Develop processes and benchmarks to optimize operations and streamline negotiations.
- Manage multiple projects with tight timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and business outcomes are achieved.
Requirements
- Strong background in performing technical evaluations using vendor sandboxes or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge and experience in API as a product solution, including functional design, development, and commercialization.
- Expertise in designing scalable solutions that integrate vendor products with internal systems.
- Ability to create business cases and conduct cost-benefit analyses.
- Strong analytical capabilities for identifying challenges, assessing business needs, and forecasting future requirements.
- Proficient in building and nurturing strategic vendor relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; fluency in Arabic is a plus.
