Responsibilities Ensures customer excellence, adheres to business processes and systems, understands their role within the organisation from an information security perspective, ensures cost savings and efficiencies, updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, ensures teamwork to achieve shared goals, actively leads workshops at client site, analyses and documents client requirements, configures system according to the client’s requirements, migrates data from client’s current system to new system, provides post-implementation support.

Requirements Fully Fluent in French and English, full knowledge of Payroll and HR legislation, at least 5 years’ experience in payroll consulting, advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite i.e. Excel, Word etc, strong analytical abilities, creative and innovative, strong interpersonal skills, Degree in HR or BCom Degree.
