Payroll Product Specialist (EMEA)

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll product implementation and expansion in new countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Analyse advisory packs and hold meetings to clarify legislative compliance requirements.
• Define and document functional and legislative build requirements with Payroll BAs.
• Identify and escalate new system requirements for country-specific needs.
• Manage task delivery and communicate any delays to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements

• Payroll Qualification with a minimum of 3 years of experience actively involved in payroll configuration.
• Experience in working with multifunctional teams.
• Ability to analyse, interpret and question information received from Advisory.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of working experience in back-end configuration.
• An understanding of Payroll elements and codes.
• Intermediate Excel Skills.
