People & Culture Manager

Description Freedx is seeking a People and Culture Manager to join us in an exciting period of scaling and growth. Responsibilities Implement organizational strategies that enhance inclusion, engagement, transparency, and accountability. Function as a strategic partner and business advisor to leadership to drive workforce excellence and productivity. Develop operational plans and policies that focus on talent attraction, employee retention, development, and progress. Develop and implement performance assessment and management systems to drive employee development, recognition, and goal achievement. Initiate and implement strategic projects that foster high-performance culture and strong employer brand. Develop employee grading systems and practices to ensure fairness in terms of compensation structure. Utilize HR data to inform strategic decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Requirements Proven experience as a People and Culture Leader in a fast-paced, high-growth tech startup, crypto, or financial services company. Previous experience in building performance assessment and grading systems in complex organizations. Strong understanding of cryptocurrency market dynamics (very desirable) and the challenges of a global workforce (Employment of Record etc). Experience in building and scaling People and Culture functions in a startup environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
