About This RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and skilled Product Manager to join our People team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our internal teams efficiency and engagement through innovative operational and gamification strategies.
You’ll be working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment with the following responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of internal tools and processes focused on operational metrics, gamification, and productivity for our support team.
- Collaborate with the People team to identify and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for internal processes, setting achievable yet challenging targets.
- Engage closely with the internal teams to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that the solutions developed are user-centric and effective.
- Continuously evaluate and iterate on the internal processes based on feedback and data-driven insights.
You should apply if you have
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Product Manager role, preferably with a focus on internal team support and productivity enhancement.
- Can both come up with ideas and research best practices in the market and apply the best of them to implement in your product;
- Work independently in your cross-functional team, you are able to lead your product to a success;
- Able to gather requirements, define functionality, roadmap, and set goals in a clear, actionable format that can be used to communicate with the team and drive product delivery;
- Fluent English (B2+), have great communication skills and able to clearly articulate your vision and decision-making process while working within a highly collaborative, cross-functional team.
Relocation and employment
We offer remote work from anywhere in the world (our schedule is based on Dubai time though) and are happy to work out an individual relocation plan for you.
