Responsibilities:

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
Conduct property showings and presentations to potential buyers and renters.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related real estate matters.
Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends and developments in Dubai and the UK.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients to facilitate repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

Hold a valid freelance visa allowing you to work independently in Dubai and/or the UK.
Proven track record in real estate sales or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking abilities with a proactive approach to lead generation.
Knowledge of local real estate markets, regulations, and trends.
