Your Job in Brief

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the company. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit us. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

What You’ll Do

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Provide basic and accurate information in person.
Handle the Front-desk cash transactions.

What You’ll Need

Fluency in English and Arabic.
Ability to multi-task and engage people in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Ability to adapt to new software and technologies.
