Job Description
Description Are you proactive, driven, and looking for a dynamic role with flexibility? As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll connect talented candidates with exciting job opportunities—whether temporary or permanent—while building strong relationships with client companies. Your key role is to understand your clients' hiring needs and help them find the right fit. You'll work on attracting and securing top talent by creating job ads, networking, headhunting, and leveraging referrals. Once you've found potential candidates, you’ll screen, interview to ensure they're a perfect match.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and company goals.
- Research client companies to tailor recruitment strategies.
- Create customized job descriptions and specifications for each role.
- Use various channels to identify and attract prospective candidates.
- Conduct confidential interviews and present top candidates to clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Continuously develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting or a similar HR role.
- Understanding of recruitment processes and selection methods.
- Knowledge of Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategies is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A problem-solver with a team-player attitude and great time-management skills.
- A BS degree in Human Resources or a related field.
