Responsibilities

• Achieve a minimum target placement of AED 32.000 monthly.
• Contribute to 20% of the sales target through acquisition activities.
• Develop and refine job profiles in collaboration with the Talent Sourcer.
• Finalize the screening process of candidates pre-screened by the Talent Sourcer.
• Conduct live interviews and assessments.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews.
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain primary contact with clients.
• Evaluate interviews and oversee salary negotiations.
• Manage the placement process and follow-up evaluations.
• Contact the company and candidate on the start date.
• Conduct evaluations after one week, one month, and three months.
