Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate the platform and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Swedish and English.

Requirements

  • Strong desire to create a unique experience for each customer.
  • Professional/business level proficiency in Swedish and English.
  • Experience providing Customer Support via inbound web messages.
  • Ability to support 3-5 customers simultaneously.

Workspace Requirements

  • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above.
  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on your mobile device.
  • Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBS or greater.
