Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Italian and English. Help customers navigate the platform and troubleshoot technical issues.

Requirements: Professional/business level proficiency in Italian and English. Experience providing customer support via inbound web messages. Ability to support 3-5 customers simultaneously.

Workspace Requirements: A dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 10 or above. A working webcam and willingness to use it during orientation/as needed by project. Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBPS or greater. 8 GB RAM or better. Dual monitors highly recommended.
