Role Overview: As a Leader in Training, you'll embark on a journey to learn and master the essentials of leading a sales team. Your role will involve understanding our sales process and coaching a team of agents to connect with families virtually via Zoom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn the ins and outs of our sales process and product offerings
• Develop leadership skills to guide and mentor a sales team
• Conduct virtual meetings with families to provide insurance benefits
• Collaborate with industry-leading managers to refine your skills
• Drive team performance and achieve set goals

Qualifications:

• Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
• Strong work ethic and coachability
• Positive outlook and expectations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work remotely and adapt to changing environments
• Prior sales or leadership experience is a plus but not mandatory
