• Conduct virtual consultations to assess individual needs

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of veterans' benefits and military culture (training provided)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Previous experience in insurance or customer service is a plus
• Must be adaptable to a remote work environment
