The Role & The Candidate Profile
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Sales and Business Development professional with experience in developing, managing and winning large OT cybersecurity projects. Candidate must have in-depth knowledge of Cybersecurity threat landscape for IT and OT networks. The successful candidate will have a strong background in understanding the upcoming expanding market of interconnected IT/OT/IoT/Cloud/Internet networks and developing & positioning XAGE cybersecurity solutions and services. Focus on Zero Trust Identity based access policy management, IT, OT and IoT environments, IT/OT Integration, Human to Machine interface and interconnectivity , as well as data security as well as expertise in cybersecurity standards and frameworks relevant to regulatory compliance agencies in the UAE and Africa.
Candidate will be responsible for developing, coordination, execution of direct and indirect Sales Go To Market Strategy with defined sales achievements deliverables to fulfil Xage METAAP sales target plans.
Strong presentation, communication and influencing skills are required to collaborate with clients, market leaders, geography leaders, and security technical representatives to kick start and grow the Xage sales presence in the region. In this role you are responsible for delivering client value through quality sales projects and deliverables of Xage’s cybersecurity Fabric solutions and services portfolio.
Responsibilities:

- Kick starts the sales and business development expansion in the UAE and Africa Region.
- Develop a sales growth plan for the region to include building the required sales and support organization, direct and indirect sales plan as well as Marketing and events strategy.
- Responsible for direct engagement and go to market plan with the top Industrial, Critical Infrastructure and Utilities organizations in the UAE and Africa Region.
- Establish an effective indirect channel go to market strategy that utilizes specialized cyber security partners to initiate and expand Xage presence with their respective markets.
- Develop an optimized marketing and event strategy to intelligently increase the brand and exposure of Xage in the UAE and Africa region.
- Ensure that all sales opportunities are well recorded in hubspot with the right information and details.
- Involve Xage higher management and executives in the pursuit and acquisition of strategic prospects and customers.
- Establish and develop strategic alliances and cooperation with CyberSecurity management consultants (EY, KPMG, PwC, Deloitte, Accenture & others) and Industrial Automation companies (Schneider, Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Yokogawa & Others).
- Ensure that the assigned sales target for the territory is consistently being met and overachieved.
- Kick starts the sales and business development expansion in the UAE and Africa Region.
