Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities;
  • Collaborating closely with Business Development Representative (BDR) for increasing qualified pipeline;
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals;
  • Provide consultative selling by offering tailored solutions;
  • Providing product demonstrations and presentations;
  • Negotiating (multi-year) contracts and pricing;
  • Identifying up- and cross-sell opportunities;
  • Professional Sales-Forecasting;

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of over achieving sales targets
  • Understanding of CPaaS/SaaS products with focus on “Customer Experience”
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools
  • Experience with successful usage Sales-Methodologies like MEDDIC
  • Basic understanding of software integration and implementation processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Arabic. Asian languages is a big advantage;
  • Experience: Preferably 4+ years of experience in a similar SaaS/CPaaS Sales-Role;
  • Network & contacts: bring relevant mid and C-Level decision makers in MENA region from relevant enterprises, like logistic, Fintech, E-commerce;
  • Location: Dubai;
