Description Edelman Data & Intelligence (DXI) is looking for a Senior Account Manager for our office in Abu Dhabi. As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage medium to large-scale projects including primary (quantitative and/or qualitative) and/or secondary research methodologies. The role involves working with clients, internally and externally, to build relationships and deliver projects with the support of our team in the UAE and across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing medium to large scale projects from start to finish
  • Project planning and internal resource management
  • Proposal writing, including methodological design and costing
  • Writing presentations, using visual storytelling and presenting to clients
  • Client relationship management
  • Supplier relationship management
  • Effective communication with clients, and internal and external stakeholders
  • Working on a number of different projects at the same time (normally in different subject areas and with different teams)
  • Prioritizing work to effectively deliver tasks against deadlines
  • Line management of 1-2 account executives

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree educated (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in primary or secondary research in a professional environment
  • Good knowledge of the MS office suite - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English. Fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage

  • Keen to work in client service with both internal and external clients
  • Enjoy examining a problem from multiple different perspectives
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
