Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary escalation point for complex and sensitive fraud cases.
  • Conduct timely investigations for complex and sensitive fraud cases.
  • Own Fraud Operations policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to Frontline Support teams.
  • Perform data monitoring and analysis to identify and mitigate potential fraud risks.
  • Conduct regular fraud risk assessments and build ad-hoc deep dives/reports.
  • Stay up to date on the fast changing fraud landscape.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in Fraud Prevention Operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of telecom fraud patterns.
  • Proven capability in shaping fraud prevention strategies.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools.
  • Proven collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, Operations and Data teams.
  • Strong background in crafting and upholding detailed policies and procedures.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and obscurity.
  • Proactive, organized, focused, and can ruthlessly prioritize.
  • A self-starter comfortable working with remote teams.
