Senior Financial Analyst/Treasury

Responsibilities: Implement treasury management systems and processes, Develop initial financial models and forecasts, Set up reporting templates for group-level financial analysis, Establish processes for cash flow management and liquidity monitoring, Conduct financial modeling and analysis for various projects and initiatives, Analyze business performance and prepare comprehensive financial reports, Support budgeting and forecasting processes, Assist in designing token economics and financial structures, Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making, Manage group-level reporting, consolidating reports from the Senior Accountant, Identify financial trends, opportunities for optimization, and areas of concern, Support marketing initiatives with ROI analysis and financial projections, Monitor and manage cash flow across multiple currencies (fiat and crypto), Assist in treasury operations, including liquidity management and fund transfers, Collaborate with other departments to provide financial analysis and support, Stay informed about cryptocurrency market trends and their potential financial impacts, Assist in the preparation of investor reports and presentations, Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures, Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in financial analysis or treasury roles, preferably with experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, or related industries, Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a plus, Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI), Understanding of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technology, Knowledge of treasury management principles and practices, Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
