Responsibilities Lead various learning projects and learning experience designs to ensure timely and effective delivery of the right learning to the right people including developing, piloting and evaluating new learning and development programs. Drive communication and adoption of programs and tools by ensuring effective learning opportunities for all Remoters regardless of location and role.
Requirements Proven experience in designing and implementing learning and development programs and leading the development of our L&D strategy. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
