Job Description

Job Summary:

The Senior Quantity Surveyor undertakes delivery of projects across the full spectrum of cost management activities under minimal direction while managing a team.

Role description:

- Accountable for a variety of deliverables throughout the lifecycle of a project or multiple smaller projects.

- Manages resources across a large project or several smaller projects.

- Briefs the team on project scope to ensure roles and responsibilities are understood.

- Monitors and manages the performance of direct reports.

- Ensures all deliverables comply with AECOM Project Delivery System.

- Responsible for client liaison and management.

- Responsible to integrate with key members of the design team, the client and other project stakeholders.

- High level of literacy skills in English required, Arabic speaking considered a benefit.

- Based in Dubai at either Site or AECOM office.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying and/or Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited, internation recognized institution or university. MRICS or equivalent accreditation.

Minimum 8 years' experience required.

45 hours, 5 days working week, Monday to Friday.

Retail and/or building renovation/re-purposing preferred.
