Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing full-cycle hiring processes for multiple roles across a wide range of functions and levels.
  • Coaching and advising our hiring managers and leaders on how to make great hiring decisions.
  • Using your passion and expertise in sourcing to find and attract the best talent.
  • Optimising a remote-first hiring approach.
  • Assisting with the pre-onboarding processes and beyond.
  • Supporting People team projects.
  • Collaborating with our VP People and other members of the People team.
  • Identifying ways of bringing in D&I into every touchpoint with candidates.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience.
  • Previous experience in a high growth start-up, scale-up or tech company.
  • Experience of having recruited top talent in multiple locations.
  • Independence and self-motivation.
  • Confidence and experience in coaching and working with hiring managers.
  • A data driven approach to sourcing and hiring.
  • Creative, candidate-centric approaches to sourcing and selection.
  • Fluent English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with distributed teams.
  • A degree in business, psychology, or a related field.
