ABOUT THE TALENT ACQUISITION TEAM

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Talent Attraction and Employer Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for enabling and setting up our Sand internal brand assets, marketing, social and digital activations to drive more applicants to apply for jobs at our company.

More specifically your role will include:

  • Working closely with the VP of People and Talent Acquisition Lead to understand the company's goals and objectives related to employer branding.
  • Co-developing with the internal brand development team the Sand internal brand assets, marketing, social and digital activations to drive more applicants to apply for jobs at the company.
  • Redefining the company's employer brand by developing key messaging, themes and a value proposition that appeals to potential candidates.
  • Developing and implementing a content strategy for social media to promote the employer brand, build brand awareness, and engage with potential candidates.
  • Identifying and managing external agencies or vendors to support employer branding initiatives where needed.
  • Monitoring, measuring and reporting on the success of employer branding initiatives, using data and insights to continuously improve our strategy and approach.
  • Collaborating with other teams, including marketing, People Experience and communications, to align messaging and ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
  • Engaging with employees to gather insights and feedback to inform employer branding initiatives.
  • Assisting in the activation of the brand, driving brand and sentiment growth to make it a company that people want to work at.
  • Participating in other projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant portfolio and experience in marketing, communications, People Experience or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in employer branding, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives, with a track record of success in driving brand and sentiment growth.
  • Experience in social media management and content development for social media.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data and insights to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  • Passion for employer branding and creating a great candidate experience
