In this role, you are responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for the Belgian market – all from the comfort of your own location. Whether it's Bali, Ibiza, or Rome, anything is possible.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to identify and attract highly qualified candidates.
• Proactively search for candidates through various channels, such as social media, job boards, and networks.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates via video conferencing.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through social media and other online networks.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in talent sourcing.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand and meet their staffing needs.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably in an international context.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience using various recruitment platforms and social media for talent acquisition.
• Ability to evaluate candidates based on their skills and cultural fit.
• Flexibility to work in different time zones if necessary.
• Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent knowledge of Indeed.
• Familiarity with Workable ATS or similar.
