Responsibilities

  • Develop Implementation Managers through hands-on coaching and mentorship.
  • Drive customer adoption of key features and best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Technical Account Management, and Support teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS experience in professional services or implementation.
  • 2+ years of professional experience leading a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fintech or HR tech experience.
  • Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries.
