Description Lodgify is leading the vacation rental industry with innovative software, having raised $30M. The platform empowers property owners and managers to manage and market their rental businesses online. The team is international, with over 350 people and 60 nationalities, based in sunny Barcelona. As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you'll become an expert in Lodgify software, advising customers on setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental business.

Responsibilities

  • Provide information and advice on connection types.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues proactively.
  • Respond to requests for assistance via email/tickets and chats.
  • Maintain client relationships through product support.
  • Report customer feedback/issues.

Requirements

  • Excellent English and Italian.
  • General knowledge about main OTAs (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com).
  • Patience, attention to detail, and logical thinking.
  • Strong customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge about main OTAs.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or other ticketing tools.
  • Experience in a startup environment.
