Responsibilities

  • Define programs for specific problems, including scoping, setting objectives, and influencing resource allocation.
  • Use prioritization and decision-making frameworks.
  • Identify obstacles/issues and proactively plan to address them.
  • Represent user voices to all stakeholders and drive solution delivery.
  • Drive clarity across stakeholders on the team's goals and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Understand technical problems and manage effective solutions.
  • Bring rapid clarity to ambiguous situations, resolve them, and enable teams to implement solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product or technical program management experience.
  • Experience in software development project management.
  • Proven track record in executing complex programs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and thrive in ambiguous settings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating with sales and technical implementation teams.
  • Experience working in customer-facing roles.
