As a Technical Recruiter at nas.io, you will play a pivotal role in helping us build our world-class team. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent, with a strong focus on technical roles. (Engineering, Data and Product) This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment, is comfortable with ambiguity, and can handle the occasional chaos that comes with the territory. Your ability to work quickly, adapt, and excel in a high-pressure environment will be crucial to your success.​

Key Responsibilities:​

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.​

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and more if required

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding

• Headhunt and talent map for future hiring.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, leveraging various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.​

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the startup's culture, values, and technical requirements to ensure the right cultural fit for candidates.​

• Continuously evaluate and improve our recruitment processes to increase efficiency and quality of hire.​

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.​

Qualifications:​

• Proven experience as a technical recruiter in a startup or high-growth environment.​

• 3-5 years experience in Tech recruiting (Agency + In House is a plus)

• Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and industry trends.​

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with and engage candidates.​

• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment.​

• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and handle multiple open positions simultaneously.​

• Experience using applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse is a plus)

• A passion for building diverse and inclusive teams.​

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome recruiting challenges.​

Location:​

This position is based in our Singapore or Dubai office.
