As a Technical Recruiter at nas.io, you will play a pivotal role in helping us build our world-class team. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent, with a strong focus on technical roles. (Engineering, Data and Product) This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment, is comfortable with ambiguity, and can handle the occasional chaos that comes with the territory. Your ability to work quickly, adapt, and excel in a high-pressure environment will be crucial to your success.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and more if required

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding

Headhunt and talent map for future hiring.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, leveraging various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the startup's culture, values, and technical requirements to ensure the right cultural fit for candidates.

Continuously evaluate and improve our recruitment processes to increase efficiency and quality of hire.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
-
Proven experience as a technical recruiter in a startup or high-growth environment.

3-5 years experience in Tech recruiting (Agency + In House is a plus)

Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and industry trends.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with and engage candidates.

Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment.

Ability to work with a sense of urgency and handle multiple open positions simultaneously.

Experience using applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse is a plus)

A passion for building diverse and inclusive teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome recruiting challenges.

This position is based in our Singapore or Dubai office.
