Responsibilities:

  • Handle preparation and review of corporate documents, including articles of association, share transfer forms, PoAs, options, resolutions, and minutes.
  • Oversee and document decision-making processes to maintain proper corporate governance standards.
  • Record and maintain minutes for corporate body meetings in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Process and manage changes to corporate documents in accordance with UAE laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate board and committee meetings, including preparation of agendas and required documentation.
  • Manage communications and filings with free zones and commercial registries.
  • Maintain comprehensive corporate records and filing systems.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for corporate governance matters.
  • Monitor and advise on corporate law and regulatory changes affecting client entities.
  • Support client business initiatives while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Handle client information with strict confidentiality and professional discretion.

Requirements:

  • Legal background with bachelor's degree in law or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE corporate secretarial services
  • Proven track record managing corporate formalities in UAE free zones
  • Experience working with multiple client entities simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of UAE corporate governance requirements
  • Fluent in English
