Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive blockchain strategy that aligns with Bjak's business goals and technological advancements.
- Lead a team of blockchain engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Ensure the security and integrity of blockchain applications, including smart contracts and distributed ledger technologies.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in blockchain technology.
- Work closely with other engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to integrate blockchain technology with existing systems and platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on blockchain technology.
- Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, cryptography, and distributed systems.
